Many potholes, 3rd April
On Sanderstead Road, from Briton Hill Road to Mayfield Road there are many deep potholes that are in the centre of the road, on both sides and on the kerbside. This part of the road has been like this for many months and I would suggest that it needs a full resurfacing before cars start having damage occurring.

Roadworks causing delays, 2nd April
The roadworks sign says roadworks finish at 5pm each day. Well at 6.20pm they were still there but no sign of anyone doing any work and there was a 20 minute queue of traffic going back along pampisford road.... if the road works are there for the extent of the works why is there a time on all of the signage?! And why hasn't the roundabout jist before the road works also been set up with traffic lights?! When the light turns green no one can go, due the build up of traffic coming from the right on the roundabout! Very poor signage and traffic management here.

Refuse bins blocking footpath, 13th March
The four refuse bins used by 59 Selcroft Road Purley are persistently left in the footpath blocking the footpath and forcing pedestrians to walk into the road. This is dangerous, particularly the elderly and those walking with pushchairs and the like. In the past, we have moved the bins to the end of 59 driveway or onto the grass verge. They always eventually reappear blocking the footpath. We would appreciate residents of 59 Selcroft being reminded and their social responsibility to the community and neighbours. Hopefully this will help to resolve the matter amicably.
