Cul-de-sac turning area blocked by parked cars, 23rd March
Some residents and guests of residents keep parking their cars or vans in this turning area. Sometimes up to 3 cars making it near impossible to turn around.
People are having to reverse down the hill blindly as a result which clearly isn't safe. The council needs to paint and sign the relevant markings to avoid this happening. One of the houses near the turning circle assumes this to be their own personal parking space without a care in the world for the other residents who rely on this space to turn around safely.
Children play on this street and its only a matter of time before someone gets hurt as a result of poor visibility out the rear view mirror reversing down hill

Pothole Hazard, 18th March
The bend between Park Road and Blackmans Lane has become undrivable. One must crawl at less than 5mph to negotiate the deteriorating road surface, littered with a multitude of unavoidable deep crater sized potholes that appear to have arisen from previous pot hole repair attempts that have eroded away over time. The state of the road causes the car to bounce along which is not ideal considering traction is required for this tight S-Bend. The crater holes can quickly get filled with rain water making it hard to assess the depth of the potholes. One must navigate this stretch of road based on sheer experience of driving this route fairy often. But if somebody drives this section without knowing, it could be an accident waiting to happen. The slim width of the road along with the right double bend coupled with the high speed limit of the road and the nearby fly tipping on Blackmans Lane make it necessary to drive cautious but these craters are adding a new element of danger on that stretch of road. Please address the problem. Full resurfacing of that section is required imminently .
