Over the last 3-4 months we have noticed a large increase in house vibration when the large waggons are passing and on inspection of the Road surface thr Road seems to have a number of potholes, poor surface and even a couple of small dips in thr surface levels that I believe are causing this issue as per attached photos.
Can this be investigated ASAP.

Road safety, 17th April
There is no school signage, and the one sign we have is completely faded. No road markings to identify school and constant cars speeding. At the moment the crossing lights are also no working correctly leading to several near misses between cars and children. If something is no looked at regarding protecting the health and safety of the children outside school, there will be an accident. I am aware that the council has no plans to do anything for the next couple of years (in writing from the council), however I feel that this is a highways safety issue that should be a high-priority due to the servere consequences (a child getting hurt) if it is neglected. Please can something be done!

Lights not working properly outside school, 17th April
Customer reporting the lights are not turning to red for cars to stop when pedestrians have the green light to cross and this has led to some near misses with children today, and previously this week. This issue has been reported last week as well.

Crossing intermittent, 17th April
Crossing is not working all the time. Near miss this morning with school children. South side nearest school heading from Pipegate to Nantwich red light seems to be the main issue. This is not working all the time and since it's a main road drivers go too fast to notice.

Pedestrian lights not working outside of school, 8th April
Could have been a nasty accident this morning. Lights not working for drivers to see to stop but pedestrian crossing bleeping signal for people crossing still operating. A driver had to swerve a parent/toddler this morning as he was on his phone and did not spot them and the lights were on green.

Lights not working on one side of the road right outside woore primary and nursery school. Me and my 2 year old most got hit by a car when we were crossing because a car didn’t stop! The car behind stopped to tell us the lights weren’t changing.

Flooding potholes exposed ironwork, 3rd April
Now when it's flooded no pedestrian or cycle access up or own road.Numerous large potholes. Some cars won't go through flood so leaving cars and people trying to get through somehow. These faults have been reported numerous times and before long there is going to be an accident. We report to different people places and being shifted constantly. Please can we have something done sooner than later.

Started as a 3-4 inch slit pothole, across 2 ft of carriageway. Growing and looks very deep so could cause a problem if not dealt with soon.
