Pavement (curb) at the bottom of my drive., 11th May
Since moving into my property 2 years ago, the pavement slab is rised, (ie the curb at the bottom of my driveway 79 Ullswater road congleton CW12 4JJ) and is not completely flat and has caused damage to my car when driving onto and out of my drive, my father who has just had a knee operation has tripped on a number of occasions. It is now becoming a dangerous hazard to my car and visitors when pulling on to my drive as the curb is to high.

Recent repairs to the horrendous pot holes on the A34 are abysmal. Really poorly done and will last 5 minutes. It's still a terrible road surface to drive over. Please resurface the area rather than doing more and more patches.

Opposite exit to edgerton arms, 4th May
There were a number of potholes and carriageway disintergrating. Repairs have been attempted but the repair work is almost as bad. Holes have not been fully filled and now raised up. People still having to suddenly slow and avoid. Please come and re inspect - the work has been substandard and I hope they are asked to come and out right at no cost to taxpayer.

Entire Road, 29th April
Road surface the hole way down is ridiculous, worst coming down from Bankfields towards the A34. Dodging holes all the way down! However, the raised grid and breaking away surface in front of the hedge approaching the houses is crazy and cars must drive on the wrong side of the road to attempt to avoid very serious damage to their vehicles. This has been reported numerous times and has been getting progressively worse over the last month

Whole of Fol Hollow Congleton, 27th April
The condition of this road has been reported to you many time recently, yet nothing is being done. In particular where the stream runs alongside the road opposite the cottages and sub station there is an exposed grid which is raised above the road level together with many large potholes, now making this stretch of the road very dangerous.

Opposite the entrance to the Edgerton Arms, 26th April
The carriage way has a number of potholes that have been present for over 2 months and are increasing in size and depth every day. Cars are constantly slowing down before the section with potholes in an attempt to avoid these and I witnessed a car completely swerve onto the opposite side of the carriageway at rush hour this morning. This is extremely dangerous given the junction for Astbury church is meters away and this junction is known as an accident hotspot where serious collisions occur.

Multiple potholes cover the width of the carriageway. You have to go into thr other lane to avoid them which isn't always possible. This has been this way for over 3 weeks. It has caused damage to my car.

Outside Bonneyfield Cottage on Mow Lane, Astbury near the junction with the flash, 17th April
There is a huge pothole at the above location which is 5 inches deep and very wide and long. It is covered in water so that its size and depth cannot be seen on approach to it. The road there is narrow so if there is a vehicle coming round the corner from the opposite direction and passing at the same time the pothole cannot be avoided. Both myself and several vehicles I witnessed have driven through the pothole as a result with damage caused to their vehicles due to the pothole's size.
