Bradwall village hall, Bradwall, 26th April
These pictures were taken 5 years ago, when I first complained about this safety issue. This road is now significantly worse. It is a blind bend at national speed limit. The road is so bad that people understandably have to drive in the middle of the road to avoid there cars being damaged. I have experienced multiple occasions of a near miss with my young children in the car, due to the condition of this road. It needs the sides of the road completely rebuilding, otherwise someone will be seriously injured, or worse. This is outside Bradwall village hall and a heavy goods yard where many heavy vehicles are kept, actually contribute to the deterioration of the carriageway. It is inexcusable that it isn’t maintained to a higher standard.

The entire side of the carriageway has disintegrated. The tractors and heavy good wagons have driven into the huge crevice and onto the very that has subsequently sprayed mud all over the road. This is a safety risk as the speed limit is national speed limit on this stretch. The holes on the threshold of my property are now so big, I can’t drive onto my driveway without damaging my vehicle. The issue has been like this since we moved to the property over 5 years ago.

Road closed signs have been left on road, 22nd April
Road was closed for roadworks but the signs have been left in place long after completion. Causing issues for residents entering and exiting the road during busier times.

Red Lane, Moston between Brunello and Elworth Anglers Car Park, 22nd April
In November 2023 this section of Red Lane was closed due to a tree having fallen across the road. It took until 7th January 2024 for the tree to be removed but the road remained closed in order long awaited Jetting work could take place. Due to a closure of Hall Lane Red Lane was re-opened on 12th January as a diversion route. The Jetting had not taken place and still has not been done. After any rain the road floods from the blocked grids. Yesterday 21st April to road was dry, today 22nd April after rain overnight the road has water running along the verge and going across the road in a number of places as can be seen on the photo. Please arrange for this long awaited jetting to be done, giving a completion date which can be passed to the local residents.

Notices up for 3 months i.e fly posting. This has been reported recently by Treasurer.he is a wonderful volunteer for Elworth Park of FOEP.They are on gates I have spoken to firms but they did not come back to me or remove them.I am a park volunteer of many years standing. Last night I noticed more banners..this does not help us trying to keep the Park clean. I used to work in Manchester the council removed them immediately.
