Pothole deep enough to cause damage or fall to any cyclist hitting it, 15th February
As the tarmac has been breaking up over the last couple of months, this hole has been getting deeper & more likely to cause damage or a fall to cyclists. I am having to swerve into weavers way now to avoid it, but I know it's there. Someone new to the road is likely to hit it

Long deep pothole on the church side of the street, 15th February
The tarmac near the edge of the road has been breaking up over the last month or so with the bad weather & traffic. It is now quite deep (a few inches) & long (a couple of feet) and is right where the nearside wheel of a car would go. If a bicycle ends up in it, it's likely to damage the wheel and / or cause the rider to fall off.

Large pothole on the junction between napton road and high street, 4th February
This pothole has been here for various weeks, getting bigger and bigger. It is right on the junction so as you are pulling out of high street onto the hill on napton road it makes it very dangerous as your wheel spins in the hole. The junction itself is dangerous with parked cars and v poor visibility so this is now an added danger.

Dangerous Footpath access, 10th October
The access to the footpath (part of Millenium Way) has become dangerous & slippery. The access to and from the busy A426 used to have wooden steps to help you climb into and out of the field on the footpath. These disappeared last year and now it it just a slippery muddy slope which as the weather becomes wetter is becoming dangerous to use as the slope is very steep making accessing the footpath dangerous.
The issue has got much worse over the past couple of months and is likely to make the path unuseable during the coming months.

Deep dip in recent road repairr, 1st July
Deep dip/sink in road repair. Fills with water. Miss directed motorbike recently which nearly threw me off. Can’t avoid it as there are usually cars parked on left so you have to cross to right to go round.

Large pot holes in single track road lay-bys, 20th June
We live on a single track lane and there is a lot of traffic using this road daily so pulling over to let other motorists past is a daily occurrence. There are several lay-bys along the lane and near on most of them now have bad pot holes in so it’s making it difficult to pull in without causing damage to the cars. It’s becoming a point where people won’t use the lay-bys now and starting to use the grass verge instead

Very dangerous crossing, near misses all the time, additional signage required please, 7th March
Very dangerous crossing, near misses all the time, additional signage required please.
There have been many accidents at that point in the last few years, and near misses all the time. Cars in Rugby road go very fast, the crossing coming from Long Itchington into Stockton is extremely dangerous due to low visibility, starting in a ramp, and the is a known low point on Rugby road where cars cannot be seen until they on top of you.
For safety reasons, please install additional signage.

Deep long pot hole on single track road, 25th January
This pothole has been there since the road was flooded and has caused 10+ cars punchers including mine, when cars are parked on the verge opposite it forces you to hit it. It’s an unlit single track road so avoiding it is pretty tricky specially when it’s full of water as it’s very deceiving. The what 3 words are ///recitals.beeline.maker this should help find it.

Steps worn away on Millennium Way path, 9th December
There used to be steps on the millennium way leading to Long Itchington / Blue Lias pub at the junction with A426. These steps are now missing and it’s a steep slope which is only going to get worse on the winter weather.
