Paving slabs recently replaced already loose and broken, 26th April
About 15 - 20 paving slabs have recently been replaced (a few weeks ago?) on Church Street on the corner of Scholars Lane. I walk there most days. Some of them became loose after about a week. Now there are already 5 that are broken. I don't know whether the problem is workmanship or the slabs (which are unlike the adjacent ones) but it is deteriorating in a very short space of time and I expect it won't be long before the broken pieces by the kerb come out.

White drop back big van parked on grass verge with double yellow lines., 26th April
White large van drop back lorry parked regulary on the grass verge outside number 368 birmingjam.road. The birmingham road has double yellow lines so it is illegal to park there. Also it is causing an obstruction to residents who can not see around it when pulling out of there drives. It does not belong to a local resident. This has been goimg on for a few months.

Loose manhole, 25th April

Near miss (car parked illegally), 16th April
This morning my 5 year old was almost run over by a car parked on double yellow lines. There were 2 cars parked on the double yellow lines and as I went to cross with my 2 children the lady started to reverse missing my son by inches. Its absolute chaos every morning outside Thomas Jolyffe primary school. Sometimes the school put cones out which stops the illegal parking but they now say they need permission. Can we have permission to do this daily? I live opposite the school and it is getting worse and worse.

Pothole, 8th April
A large pothole on the way to Maybirds. With the increase of volume of traffic due to works on Warwick Road this will get worse unless this is resolved. Can see this is not the first time this has been reported. The council needs to also look the rest of the Birmingham Road as more holes are scattered along prior to reaching the A46 roundabout.
