Blocked storm drain at the end of School Lane and overflowing manhole cover at the junction on Southam Road is leaving sewage standing water and waste in the street. This is a regular problem area for standing water (over the years) which gets sprayed at pedestrians as cars pass. In the past week I have seen the drain overflow with babywipes and tissue forced out and down the street. This is very close to the school and cars passing spray sewage water onto the pavements. Its smelly, disgusting and a health hazard.

Drain with no tarmac surround, 10th February
Drain was raised a few years back which made the driving experience within Offchurch much better.
However over the past few months the tarmac surrounding the steel cover has gone leaving quite a substantial impact to tyres. I avoid or stop so I don't go over it. But feel it may burst a tyre at some point.
