A cement lorry crashed into the ditch and when recovered a large amount of plastic cement sacks were left at scene and were not recovered. The police were called to this incident so no doubt the company responsible should be responsible for the clean up.

All the drains on the fly over are blocked and the road edge is full of soil - when it rains the water runs down the road and leaves very large flood - been very bad recently

Damage to A45 Coventry direction from Rugby, 15th February
Dangerous road surface along the A45 from about Rugby Lane travelling toward Stretton on Dunsmore roundabout in the direction of Coventry. Serious of potholes now joining together for long stretches. Visible to the eye are patches of tramac that has lifted up. Cars are swerving to avoid damage to car. This is a fast moving road. High risk of injury now.

The road surface in lane 1 is more suited to a third world country. I'm sure if a car goes over the holes there will be a serious accident. I would say it's a health and safety issue.

Line markings are missing or visible at night or in poor weather conditions, 30th November
Line markings missing or in need of maintenance for the majority of the Straight Mile and continuing to Princethorpe Junction. This includes missing lines at junctions, as well as on bends. Cats eyes where present seem dirty or non functioning. This stretch of road has seen countless RTC's over many years, even more in the Winter months. Please address this as soon as possible.
