Trees have been cut dangerously, 18th April
Several trees have been cut badly at the top of Sheepcote Drive onto School Street. The trees are now dangerously resting on branches, with one leaning towards the road. The only entrance/exist to Sheepcote drive which if they fall and not cleared quickly no emergency services can enter the road putting lives and homes at risk.
One of the trees is leaning towards the electric housing station right next to the trees.
This has been reported to local councillors and added on here months ago but the trees have again been damaged.

Drains are blocked outside the school, 16th April
Drains are blocked and full of mud. Causing the road to flood with any rain with no where to go. Cars driving through even slowly makes the water go over the path getting the primary school children and anyone on the path wet.
Issue has been going on a while but is getting worse.

Pavement obstruction, 20th March
Caravan towbar overhangs the pavement. This is dangerous for pram/wheelchair/guide dog/mobility aid users. Coupled with the parking of their car on the pavement, it is necessary to walk into the road, the visibility here is very poor and when struggling up hill with a wheelchair/pram etc, you can be in the road for some time.

The pavement along this road (back lane to the green) could benefit from being wider. As the new section on back lane is wider but then narrows considerably towards The Green. Maybe request the developer to change the pavement. It’s also littered with debris and broken glass.

Park equipment damaged requires attention, 17th March
The outdoor park equipment needs attention;
1. The bop it machine does not work and appears to have been broken with parts missing. 2. The multi use astroturf area needs the netting repaired or replaced as there are sharp edges to it 3. The zip line needs tightening up. It’s sagging when kids use it. It’s not a difficult fix. 4. The few bins that are around the parks need repairs or replacements. 5. Maybe a few more benches/tables would be beneficial. 6. Better access for people to use the wc.

Parking on junction, 11th March
The house on the corner of West Street and Chapel Street insists on parking a big Range Rover on the junction. Anybody travelling down West Street to Chapel Street has to go on the wrong side of the road,this is extremely dangerous and will only be a matter of time before an accident happens. This is an ongoing problem that I’m surprised has not been reported before.
