Flooding since Jan 6th, 19th February
Flooding since Jan 6th Need the road closing as lorries going past are causing a wash that is breaching sandbanks stopping the water reaching front doors. Unsafe parking on corner of junction, 10th January
This van parks on the corner of the junction to a main road daily and blocks view of oncoming traffic coming up John de bois hill when joining from spring valley lane. Large vehicles especially find it hard to manoeuvre around this corner due to the unsafe parking of the white van which in turn disrupts the flow of traffic wishing to enter down spring valley lane from the hill. This has been an ongoing issue for several months now as owner refuses to park vehicle in a safe spot.

Inadequate and missing road signs at dangerous junction, 9th May
This junction has been the scene of multiple accidents- at least three since Christmas. Signage was already inadequate, but a recent accident (31 Jan) flattened a sign which has not been replaced. Cars coming from Wick Lane towards Ardleigh who don’t know the area tend to shoot over the junction. Residents are seriously concerned. We have escalated to the ECC portfolio holder and to our MP in desperation.
