Due to road works on A12 this small road has seen excessive amount of traffic and the whole road is I. Poor condition. Also large HGV Vehicle have been using this road when traffic bad on A12. Not suitable to HGV signs or weight limit due to railway bridge would help

Properties rubbish being left out but it’s enticing rats because the bags are on the floor, 2nd December
It’s normal to see rubbish bags out every single day just sitting on the floor -(huge eyesore) as it’s not stored in any correct type of bins it’s food access to rats and suchlike hence encouraging vermin. It’s should be kept on who ever it is property in their back garden - but stored correctly as to stop this continual supply of food to vermin. Thank you

Multiple potholes surface defects & standing water, 23rd February
2 x faults as you approach the entrance to the Teybrook craft ctr units on the side of the road heading Gt Tey to Marks Tey , within 50 yds of these on opposite side of road after entrance to Glamping is a section of road with cracks & standing water approx 5ft long & sticking out 3ft from verge heading from marks tey to Gt Tey, photos show these& will show the other 2 faults reported

Unresolved flooding , road closed signs not well placed, 5th January
Flooding on this stretch of road since way before Christmas, its a well used road between villages & a bus route so please can someone respond on what is being done to drain area & fix drainage issue , its not like it has rained everyday so thought it would be back to normal now

Multiple long and deep potholes for a total distance of 100 yds on a hill and on a bend, almost impossible to avoid in any direction, 30th December
All the potholes on this stretch between Swan Grove and the resurfaced road/Knights Meats co at Swan Street, have got much worse lately and are very dangerous as they are long wide and deep, there is no lighting so 1 day a car will career off road or worse a cyclist/biker will be recovered from a hedge

On the east side of Great Tey Road adjacent the Old Rectory Hous there are a collection of potholes, 23rd August
These potholes cover an area that has been patch repaired over a period of years and the whole stretch needs a single repair. These potholes have been here for more than 4 months and cause vehicles to move to the centre of a fairly narrow road to avoid them.

Whilst potholes on part of Tey Rd have been filled. The stretch from Gt Tey - Rectory Rd (Aldham) is still very bad. As the lane is now used continually as a rat run from the A 120, they need to be repaired please.
