Blocked sewer, 3rd February
The man holes along the stretch of of this road have been worked on as multiple have failed on the surface of the road since the A12 has been ripped up, the vibration rattles my curtains. The immediate effect has now caused my drive rain drain to flood sewerage multiple times a day. Has the main sewer failed due to the collapse of the road manholes. Southbound slip road j25

Blocked sump/drain, 1st February
Following inspections of railway drainage it appears there is a build up of water in the culverts and it appears it is because the highway drainage requires inspection for blockages.

Concrete barriers, 14th December
The concrete barriers that separates the live lanes on the A12 junction 25 North bound in the roadworks have dirty and no reflective markers on them as you drive especially at night and st times especially if it is raining with headlights blinding you from on coming traffic this a big issue I noticed tonight that the ones that are there are filthy dirty and others just have metal lugs sticking out of them. This needs your attention asap before there is a accident.

Just ove the bridge on the way to aldham villiage currently housing a cone which has sank at least half way, 11th December
Been here way to long now on a corner just getting bigger and bigger it’s now hard to avoid as the onward cars can’t see you to slow down so you can swerve

Near brick cottage wide deep pots holes both sides, 11th December
The pot holes have been here for many many years getting worse and worse every day they are now both side pretty much opposite each other, roads are muddy and wet as the drainage is also very poor if you don’t know the road this is actually very very dangerous

Uneven surface, 29th November
The surface which I suspect is awaiting its final layer is very uneven with ridges and hollows along the whole of the intermediate surface. Current speed limit (50mph) it is a rough ride and I can't believe the top surface will provide a good surface when finished and vehicles travelling at 70mph. What checks are undertaken to ensure a satisfactory surface when complete.

Leylandii completely blocking only pedestrian path on road, 20th November
There are huge leylandii that have not been cut for many years. These overhang the path which forces pedestrian into the road which is often very busy with speeding vans, roadwork traffic and HGVs visiting industrial units. As this is the only path available, these trees need to be cut or shaped to allow pedestrian access to the park, nursery, and village hall or to the village
