A big pothole is becoming bigger and deep since we reported before with the rain and uncertain weather conditions. Can you please take an urgent action to repair it. This is really unsafe, and we have lots of elderly, children and disable member of public and neighbours use this footway every day. Exactly in front of this pothole there are 2 gutters, the part of the footpath broken pieces are going inside them making it bigger. Vehicles Constantly Jumping Red Lights, 3rd April
This ongoing issue with the bridge is beginning to get extremely dangerous, people are constantly jumping the temporary red lights, one person drove round me as I had stopped for a red light and proceeded through the restriction. This is happening more and more often, often at peak times and is an accident waiting to happened, the brow of the bridge obscures the other lights, so vehicles cant see if other vehicles has started to come the other way when the lights are green. Can any thing be done to restrict this issue? Cameras maybe?

Numerous potholes cracks in road, 28th March
The condition of the road as your turn into St John's Close is full of potholes, cracks and uneven surface. It's been in this condition for years. It's a sharp bend and so you cannot avoid it. This road is used by many residents and is also access to a primary school

Overhanging trees blocking footpath, 26th February
The footpath on the slip road from the A12 to the Old Ipswich Road is totally blocked by overhanging branches which are now at ground level. It is the only footpath on this road, which is extremely busy with HGV’s at all times.

Essex police neighbor feels he is above the law and is using the turning point on the mews as a parking bay which is an obstruction. We had two accidents and we are blocked in our driveway. Uninsulated unopenable electric fence across public footpath, 12th February
Blocked use of public footpath by electric fence halfway across the field. There is a warning sign but no insulation or means of opening in order to pass. If you are trying to cross the field with a large dog that is too heavy to carry this means that you cannot actually use the footpath. First noticed 3/2/2024.

Overflowing storm drain, 17th January
Drain has been broken for over 13 years and reported most years. Drain is overflowing badly and water is freezing as it runs down the hill causing an ice rink to happen. Exact location is outside Springwood on Fox Street. Today it is exceptionally dangerous with people and cars loosing grip.

Unsafe parking on corner of junction, 10th January
This van parks on the corner of the junction to a main road daily and blocks view of oncoming traffic coming up John de bois hill when joining from spring valley lane. Large vehicles especially find it hard to manoeuvre around this corner due to the unsafe parking of the white van which in turn disrupts the flow of traffic wishing to enter down spring valley lane from the hill. This has been an ongoing issue for several months now as owner refuses to park vehicle in a safe spot.
