A big pothole is becoming bigger and deep since we reported before with the rain and uncertain weather conditions. Can you please take an urgent action to repair it. This is really unsafe, and we have lots of elderly, children and disable member of public and neighbours use this footway every day. Exactly in front of this pothole there are 2 gutters, the part of the footpath broken pieces are going inside them making it bigger. Outside Saxons Estate Agents on the High Street broken, trip hazard pavement, 18th April
Recently noticed, the section of he path is broken and causing a trip hazard as per the photos, we have put a temporary traffic cone and tape around the area but needs maintenance

The traffic light signal that leads from turner rise road to A134 does not work properly. In particular it stays red forever unless the car is driven very close to the crossing

Deep pothole in middle of road., 5th April
Deep pothole has quickly opened up in centre of Salisbury Avenue, opposite driveway of no. 1a St Runwalds. Large chunks of tarmac and stones have come out of hole, onto the road surface and pavements. Buses and large vehicles are swerving to avoid the deep pothole.

The loose drainhole cover is on butt road and causing very loud banging noise every time a car hits it and is getting louder this has been going on for many months as is so loud my neighbours and I are unable to sleep

Lose manhole, 19th March
Manhole on Mill Road outside 204 Mill Road is lose and wobbles each time a car goes over it creating a lot of noise over 100db. This is particularly problematic when there is an increase in traffic and the noise resemble a train going past at high speed. This issue has been present for the past month or so and it’s new as recently the road has been revamped. I would appreciate you fix this issue as soon as possible.

This is so big you will do your car wheels in its just as you go up from north station I can't unstand the workman men there why don't they fill it so dangerous. They always seem to be talking will this road be ever finshed !!!

All in the roads in Claindon way turning off last turning as well brfore the bottom of the roads near the gym they came out as i said but arent done properly so yiu have to go round them i the middle if the road while on comeing traffic is comei g up from north station road it needs fixing please i did ask you before as its getti ng worste its like pot hole city colchester is a dreadfull place for poor roads .., 19th March
Yes above I have said pot holes are getting bigger have to go on the other side to get round them and on comeing traffic from. North station .they cam out the first time but some weren't even filled in properly what work men does this ??..its wasting money if it was fone properly in the first place I can't afford to do my wheels I had 2 have to new ones at #389 to be fitted .crazy .thank you .

I can't take photos as I am disabled to get out and do that would be impossible sorry but there getting bad and got new tyres and can't afford to get more it was reported .thanking you kindly .!!!! Ps its been like this now since before Xmas they came out but 2 weeks later back to how they were its bad now .

Loose noisy manhole cover in road, 16th March
The manhole cover outside my house (89) is loose and causes a loud noise when driven over. As this is a main road this noise continues well into the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I can see my neighbours at 87 reported this problem a couple of months ago.

Dangerously deep pothole on northbound road, 8th March
This pot hole has been on the road for a good two months now, possibly longer as I didn’t make a note when I first saw it. The volume of traffic due to the roadworks makes it worse. Cars have to veer around it which is dangerous (near oncoming vehicles) and the depth of it will cause damage if a car goes through it. Due to the location of it, it’s not possible to get a photo as evidence as you cannot stop anywhere. It’s northbound after the traffic lights where the right hand land goes up Turner Rise and just as the road bends a little to the left. It’s on the right hand ride of the lane. The stretch of this road from the Asda roundabout up to the Mill Roadcrossroads is becoming filled with more potholes so if you can bring more supplies to fix them, could you travel the length and fix them all please? Thank you from all of us with vehicles.

The whole stretch of North Hill needs resurfacing, 2nd March
North Hill is covered in potholes, old patched roadworks which are crumbling and is a very rough ride to use. Going up there on a bus feels like you’re going off road. Please look into this and consider having the road resurfaced.

Right of way blocked, 24th February
Essex police neighbor feels he is above the law and is using the turning point on the mews as a parking bay which is an obstruction. We had two accidents and we are blocked in our driveway. Emergency vehicles, SUV, cars tradesman are unable to access in and out our property when vehicles are parked on the right of way Highwoods mews. The Highwoods mews is part of the Highway Code. 18 inch pothole on west bound side opposite the Albert pub near to the pedestrian crossing, 21st February
The pothole is in an awkward position on the kerb side and is difficult to avoid for large vehicles, consequently it is getting worse daily. Some vehicles have had to swerve into the right hand lane approaching the pedestrian crossing to miss the pothole.

4 cars belonging to the same household continually block emergency vehicle access and blocking pedestrians from walking through especially those with pushchairs and wheelchairs. Constantly parked 2up and 2 abreast.
