Deep pothole filled with water no way of knowing how deep it was. Caused a major incident resulting in a bamaged wheet and puncture/trye off the wheel., 25th April
No warning of safety notices. This pothole is a major safety hazard. Should be fixed ASAP before someone gets hurt or a severe accident is caused.
Caused damage to my vehicle wheel and shreaded tyre meaning I had to abandon the car as it was undriveable. This is totally unacceptable.

Blocked sump/drain, 1st February
Following inspections of railway drainage it appears there is a build up of water in the culverts and it appears it is because the highway drainage requires inspection for blockages.

15 inch width, 6 inch deep on a steep downhill towards Ford Street., 26th January
This potholes has been there some years. It's particularly dangerous because it's on the wheel line for vehicles traveling fast downhill on a narrow road and it's often filled with water.

People cutting across pavement to enter Stain Park Retail complex, 4th January
Vehicles are cutting across the pavement to enter Staine Park retail park. There has been a number of near misses where cars have nearly hit young kids minding their own business walking along a footpath. I have contacted Persimmon homes who have stated that this is not their land. There has been bollards erected across the Oakwood Meadows development to prevent this but not here.
Location is end of Wombat Street by the metal railing to the service road into Stain Park Retail complex.
