Road corrosion and bridge collapse, 29th February
Previously reported the bridge at the end of lodge lane was likely to collapse due to the level of water flowing down the road. The road has now broken away and bricks under the bridge have collapsed into the stream that flows under the road. This is a major hazard for vehicles passing over the bridge

Blocked drains road flooded, 2nd January
This road has been flooded for a number of weeks . I believe the drain entrances were replaced this year but they are not able to cope with the rainwater.

Pothole been here for at.least 1 month and is in line with where car wheels will hit it.dangerous if motorcyclists hit the hole.

Causeway over the brook is starting to collapse, 9th December
There is a huge amount of water flowing down Lodge Lane. The water is causing the causeway at the far end of lodge lane over the brook to collapse. There are already large potholes in Lodge Lane that have been reported months ago and not been repaired. The start of a collapse will mean the road will be unusable and prevent access to properties if not fixed.

Whenever it rains runoff from the road is flooding my driveway and garden. The raised section of tarmac between the road and the driveway had eroded, is this my responsibility to fix or the council?

Power cuts, 27th September
I have resided in 11 different areas of the UK since I married 48 years ago. Never have I experienced so many power cuts as we have had during the 7 years 9 months of residing at Field View (CO12 5BU). There have been to my certain knowledge 4 in the past 3 months. Something is radically wrong. Remedial action is long overdue.

Series of road breakup and deep potholes, 30th March
Situated on the B1414 heading from Beaumont Corner towards Thorpe-le-Soken. The are numerous deep potholes requiring drivers to swerve to avoid them and poor road surfaces in both directions that require urgent attention.
The problems extend both ways towards Golden Lane.

A large roll of what appears to be carpet has been dumped in the ditch at this location - opposite side of the road to Glebe wood and just slightly down the road from the end of Glebe wood on Wix road
