Building works / Health & Safety, 13th March
The building works ongoing at the last house on Cambria Close Mistley are not adhering to Health & Safety . The workmen working both at ground floor level and on first floor scaffolding are not wearing Hi Vis vests nor hard hats !!! As a building contractor myself i know this goes against H&S Regulations.

Trip hazard due to broken footpath, 5th March
Tree roots have damaged the footpath near to the streetlight, causing a trip hazard. This area is not well-lit and I am aware of two people who have now tripped over and injured themselves in the last couple of months.

Slip hazard, 1st February
The alley that runs from Stourveiw Avenue to Harwich Road is littered with wet , dead fallen leaves. The path is very slippery and hard to navigate at night.The leaves have become a dangerous slip hazzard.Can we please have this path cleared...along with rubbish and dog's mess ??

3x Massive pot holes, all located around drain covers., 24th April
These potholes have been there for at least six weeks & are growing by the day. Due to parked cars on the river side of this busy road it is virtually impossible to avoid these craters when oncoming vehicles are approaching. These potholes have been highlighted some weeks ago, it is only a matter of time before a cyclist or motorcyclist has an accident.

Very large & dangerous PotHole, 16th January
This pot hole has been there for at least 6 to 8 months on & off. It has been repaired at least once (not very well!) & just keeps coming back following the latest cold spell. It is lethal for cyclist & motorcyclist especially when it is filled with water during & after wet periods, as you simply cannot see that it is a very deep pot hole during said wet periods!

Incorrect street name on signs, 11th January
The road sign on the southbound side of the road is correct and shows "COX'S HILL" whereas the northbound side and the sign at the other end near the station say "COXS HILL"
The road name has an apostrophe in it according to the Ordinance Survey maps, the Tendring DC PROW map and a general internet search for "a137 coxs hill"
