Pair of potholes, 22nd May
These two are good, layers and layers of not quite being repaired properly, between a junction and a tight corner on a narrow road. Each hole is around 12” diameter and always full of water. Please repair them properly this time, this is getting silly.

Flooding caused by blocked drains in highway, 28th December
Throughout December 2020 the drains in the public highway at Tilbury Road, Ovington in the vicinity of a dwelling called Blacksmith's Piece at Silver End, Ovington at CO10 8JZ have been blocked causing flooding on the highway and to nearby properties.

Collapsed section of byway, 28th December
A large hole has appeared suddenly in Long Lane due to heavy recent rain fall. This could be dangerous to all types of user, pedestrian, equestrian and motor vehicles. It appears to still be getting worse as more water pours into it from further up the Lane.

Pothole has damaged my car, 6th July
Mon 26th June 17 I was driving from Tilbury Juxta Clare heading north and turned right onto Mashey Road. I was driving along the road at about 30mph when I White Van Driver came speed towards my in the opposite direction without slowing down so I was pushed to the side of the road to avoid a collision. I landed in a very deep pot hole which was in a long rut. The car made a lot of suspension noise and I was shaken up. 3 days later my radiator warning light came on to tell me my engine had overheated. I had to call breakdown who towed me to the local garage and they confirmed that my water pipe had been 'sheared off'. I've had this repaired now.
