Steps in bad need of rails, 7th February
I'm so angry I have been working along side social services and the local mp to get rails fitted on badly deteriorated steps they lean to the side I've fell down them and so has my 85 year old mum .I'm disgusted and angry that you have refused to do this work I have been fighting for this for a long time .. if there's another accident involving myself or my mum or dad I will be making a claim my no is 07519677699 and to my disgust for the second time by suffolk highways there's nothing wrong with them the social services even come out and agreed they are in a poor state I want this done for the safety of my parents and them falling .... angry daughter very and disgusted
