On Monday evening at approximately 9.15pm a section of Welsh Road through Childer Thornton was coned off possibly illegally., 28th February
Coned off from Ledsham Road up to junction with A41. Vehicles within that stretch of road were active doing something reference a traveller site which is on the corner of Welsh Road and Heath Lane.

On going work in field with new access created onto the Welsh Road.(junction of A550 and Heath Lane), 6th February
This is a busy road and further unauthorised access will increase the risk of major accidents. In addition a further access has been created just down Heath Lane which will again increase traffic. Th original access is now giving access to a business. This is very close to a junction and will again increase the likelihood of further major accidents.

Pavement constantly in acessable due to illigal work been carried out in field, 3rd February
Numerous 40 ton wagons are dumping hard core on a field.they have blocked the only pavement on this road.the deris on the road is becoming dangerous and preventing traffic passing

New Access Point Created and Commercial Use of existing access to field, 1st February
A field at the corner of the A550 and school lane has been sub divided. A new access point has been created in a section of the hedge/fence to allow access to a section of the field and an existing access is being used for frequent commercial purposes. The increased access frequency and the use of the pavement as a car park at an accident black spot is causing a potential danger to users of the A550 and visibility blind spots for those entering the A550 from Heath Lane. The issue has been ongoing for 7-10 days

Drain is severely blocked, 22nd July
Drain outside our property blocked. A large puddle has formed on the A550 which is throwing water in to our garden thus causing our cellar to fill with water. Can it be cleared ASAP. Thank you

Accident waiting to happen, 7th June
There is a current one way system in place on Rossmore Road East. Vehicles seem to be ignoring this and driving at the on coming vehicles, across the grass of local business' and worst still on the pavement (hard to believe I know). I would seriously suggest someone come and address as a matter of urgency before someone gets hurt.

There is litter all the along this route at the side of the motorway as you leave Ellesmere Port and head towards Junction 2 towards Moreton/Upton. It looks dreadful.

Drainage is severely blocked, 8th August
The drainage outside of our property is severely blocked. A small amount of water has been put on to the road by a utility company and it’s pooling around our driveway entrance (not draining away at all). This will cause substantial issues in the winter and will have an adverse effect on our cellar. Can you clear the drains please?

Plants/branches are blocking the pavement, 23rd May
Growing branches of the hedges/trees are creating obstruction on the pavement from Berwick Road till Margaret's Lane on Welsh Road. This is creating a safety issue for the pedestrians who are using this pathway next to a high speed (50 mph) road. These hedges need trimming/maintenance.

Blue bin bag on northbound hard shoulder of M53, 10th January
There is a full blue bin bag fly tipped on the hard shoulder approximately opposite the Vauxhall football club going north between North Road Industrial Estate exit and Eastham exit. There are several of the same bags on the council Rivacre Road which has been reported under case SS391748597. If there is identifiable material then work together please. It's been there more than a week maybe 2 , it's not urgent but if its cannabis waste I thought you should know. All the bags are uniform and look the same content from a distance.

Ditch Full on West Side of A550 at Junction with Badgers Rake Lane, 11th November
Hi Team, I work in Flood Risk Management for Cheshire West and Chester council and am putting together a Flood Prevention Scheme at Badgers Rake Lane. During my Site Investigation, I came across a ditch course running along side the A550 that has filled with silt and vegetation almost above the outlet level. Can this please be Addressed? Cheers
