Very large branch overhanging, 19th September
There is a very large branch/ tree trunk dangerously overhanging the road, footpaths and cycle paths. This is now getting toward horizontal and with poor weather expected I anticipate this could collapse at any time.
This is on the A41 Chester Road between the junction with Holm Oak Way and the roundabout close by. On visual inspection this is quite obvious.
I would suggest this is prioritised given the risk to all users on this very busy residential road way.

All traffic lights on the 4-way junction are off., 30th May
Was going through the junction on A41 from Chester Direction towards Birkenhead. The lights were on red but as they were changing to green the all just went black. This was at approx 1pm today. On my way back home I noticed that all the lights are still out and could see no sign of anyone attempting to resolve the problem as it must have been like that for almost 2 hours now I thought I should let you know.

Possible Asbestos, 3rd March
Noted what looks like a piece of corrugated asbestos between the path and the hedgerow. May have been there some time but only noticed today. Coming from direction of Wirral 100 pub it is a few yards before you get to the first set of electrical cables that go over the road, near a manhole

Lorry blocking pavement, 15th January
While out walking I had to move around this lorry and walk onto the main road which was blocking the pavement outside the construction site on the A41 in Great Sutton. Another example of inconsiderate parking. House builder has been contacted but I doubt I will get a response

A easement emergency road taxi parking for waiting a fare on double yellow lines, 17th November
For 20+ years this road has had easement rule since it is an emergency road for a land-locked set of flats --taxi's and lorries and cars treat this as a extra waiting place , mostly taxi and school kid waiting cars --but lorries park regularly on pavement which is in a terrible state-council promised or MP 2 years ago to fix it but done nothing it is a disgrace

Speeding vehicles when children are playing, lack of speed humps, 6th August
There is constant speeding between Sutton Wat and Gawsworth Road with vehicles crossing a grass patch which children play on. This is an on going problem for over ten years, a dog was killed without the vehicle stopping a few years ago. One day a child will be hurt or worse if nothing is done to slow vehicles down i.e. speed humps are required.

Pavement flooded, drop kerb lower than road, 19th November
Since the road is now at a higher level than the slope on the pavement, the corner (on both sides of the street) is consistency full of water and/or debris. The gradient of the slope is also steep, making it difficult to manoeuvre round

Flooding following heavy rain at marked map location, 18th August
Flooding occurs at the marked location due to, as I see it, two factors:
1. Some years ago this bend was resurfaced creating a steeper camber than before resulting in water from the adjacent fields being no longer able to escape across the road by which time it is flooded right across.
2. By my observation there is a culvert crossing under the road designed to drain the fields to the adjacent brook, but that this is currently blocked.
I would respectfully suggest that removing the above blockage would solve the flooding issue.

Hole in tarmac next to grid, 14th August
There is a hole next to the grid that looks like its going to get bigger. It has appeared in the last 2 weeks. There a number of small children living in the close. If there foot goes down the hole it would defiantly break there leg as its quite deep.
