Noise, neighbours arguing with each other in early hours, 24th April
Over the last few months, my neighbours have decided that between 2am- 6am they start arguing with each other every other night. This can be hears word for word. We live in older houses so the walls are pretty thick, so you wouldn't hear normally. Doors are being slammed and the arguing is so loud. We have to work the next day, losing sleep of 3 hours a night to hear this arguing.

My neighbours nuisance parking is causing me stress and preventing us from parking and getting out of our designated spaces, 20th December
The issue is the design and layout of the residential parking outside my persimmon home that is causing stress and difficulties and affecting the enjoyment of my home.
Everyone has two designated spaces allocated but when neighbours have more than two cars and have visitors there isn’t anywhere for them to park so they are choosing to park in a non-designated area with no markings down. This results in them blocking my designated spaces so I am unable to get in or out. I have spoken to numerous neighbours about this matter asking if they could stop doing this but it doesn’t appear to have solved the issue. I often find myself coming home from work having worked long shifts and finding my spaces blocked off. I then have to knock on a number of houses to ask to find out who owns the vehicle and if they can move it. This is the last thing I want to be doing having spent 12 hours out of the house for work and I also do not think it is appropriate for me to go knocking around people’s houses during a global pandemic.
The neighbour next to us has three vehicles and uses a grass verge opposite us to park her third vehicle. Again this isn’t a designated or marked space to park. Other neighbours and their visitors are parking next to this so we have two vehicles now blocking our designated spaces. We have asked the neighbours to kindly not park there so many times just to be ignored and for it to carry on.
My partner is pregnant and at high risk and if there becomes an emergency where we need to get to a hospital and were blocked in, this could be potentially serious and life-threatening for my partner and our baby.
I have contacted the local authority, Flintshire County Council, who have informed me that I need to contact the contractors who built the development as they would have had a layout plan that would have been confirmed with the council. They have also said I can contact my local PCSO if I have no luck but I don’t want to involve the police at this time as I would like to get this matter resolved.
I have attached pictures to this email to highlight how this affects me parking in my designated spaces and to show that people are parking in non-designated areas. I would be grateful if this matter could be taken serious and if there is anything that could be done by the development contractors to prevent people from parking there such as road markings or signage being put in place.

Parking issues, 6th April
Hello I don’t know who I should contact regarding this matter but hoping you could help , we’re having a lot of problems with parking that’s causing us stress at the moment on the housing estate we’re assigned 2 parking spaces and people have been parking by our designated spots in a undesignated space that isn’t marked with any lines , it’s becoming a issue as we struggle to get out and I had to miss a doctors appointment due to not being able to get my car out , I have spoken to the neighbours but no one takes any notice or dosent seem to listen to us , we need to sort out this as it’s not a parking space and if there’s anything you can do to help we would appreciate it Thank you Jamie
