The gulley on the junction of John Yoeman Close is failing. I’ve noticed it over the past month. The gulley pot doesn’t have brickwork around it and very soon there will be a 250mm “hole” in the carriageway. The gulley is in the junction and the pot is larger than the cover and frame., 15th June
It’s an urgent repair IMO. I work in highways. The carriageway has all cracked so it needs doing. Will need a steel plate to cover the pot or a bigger frame and cover

Pu lic Footpath Overgrown, 15th July
Public footpath between Lees lane and Gorstons lane is narrowing and becoming obstructed by nettles and thistles. It would be a shame for both adults and children if they are unable to use this route during the summer months. I would imagine it would only need a slight cut back twice during the main growing season to keep the path maintained. This would also avoid someone else, not qualified, doing it in absence of council maintenance. Thank you

Canyon of a Pothole, couldn’t miss it., 18th March
This pothole is before the entrance to the newly built school, coming from Chester High Road. It’s also opposite the site used for weekend football fixtures. There’s a little “island” or verge in the middle of the road. This is a main road to Neston and it’s High School, therefore seeing heavy traffic, on a daily basis. This has been replaced and covered up again and again. And once again it’s back, uglier, bigger and deeper than ever, and it’s taken my front passenger tyre with it too.

Hello
At the end of the wooded area there is a large pothole which has been getting increasingly larger over the last sixth month. It's shallow but wide and still has people driving onto the other side of the road to avoid it

Parking on double yellow lines, obstructing a blind bend, parking over dropped kerb, 18th January
This person has been told numerous times about parking over my driveway, parking on double yellow lines and about the fact I can’t see pulling off as it’s a blind bend and he is in the way. I believe he is now doing this to annoy us as there are spaces over the road for parking but insists on parking in the way. This happenes now most weekends as he comes over I’m guessing from Ireland as it’s on Irish number plates. It’s been a few months now. I understand it’s not a massive issue but it seems a waste of money for me to pay for a dropped kerb ect. Hopefully you can help shed some light. Thanks
