All the way along the road, both ways, litter is definitely a problem. Especially at this location, this is very disgusting and not environment friendly.

Street Light blew off column, 13th November
In the strong winds earlier this year, the lantern blew off a lantern on Welsh Road. The light is the last in the row when heading towards Two Mills from Woodbank. I'm not sure whether Highways Agency or Cheshire West and Chester is responsible so can you communicate between to solve problem?
Many Thanks

Mud on the road rutts in the edge, 7th January
The mud on the road was so thick I came off the road unknowingly causing my front wheel to go into a very deep rutt, cause by the farm machinary during the wet weather. This caused a blowout on my front left tyer. However this could have caused an accident. The erosion of the verg is the problem as there is no curb. There is also a very deep ditch which I could of ended up in.

Gravel on bend, 17th September
Gravel is being deposited on the road from the private driveway that joins this part of the road. There are significant deposits of gravel and stones making this corner very hazardous.
To make matters worse, this is not only on a corner, it is also in a dip, the gravel is right in the centre of the dip and corner, so any vehicle/bicycle/motorcycle going over it will likely have built up some speed.
I know for sure of one serious injury here, a cyclist broke his neck when he slipped on gravel at this point in the last 2 years. The road has since been resurfaced, but it's now clear that the gravel isn't being built up from the road itself, but being put there by vehicles exiting the nearby private driveway.

Drain Subsidence, 11th November
There are two grids at the bottom of this dip that are falling away from the road. Cracks are forming along the length of th road and are foming serious hazard for cyclists like myself. I use the road daily (now in te dark) and I have to pull out into 60mph traffic to avoid them or risk riding through them and falling off. There is a similar crack on the other carraigeway some 200m to the SW. Although recently resurfaced, this entire stretch could do with a survey for cracks, leaning signs and roadside brbche and debris.
