Vehicle not known to residents in the road. Vehicle not moved at all. No person seen accessing it for last 3 months. EO57 UMA small silver car.

Sequence of lights, 31st October
M53 Junction 4 slip road exit to Bebington. Lights change too quickly and during rush hour causes traffic to build/back up dangerously on motorway. On one occasion traffic was queuing on the hard shoulder to exit the motorway. For over a year this has been happening.

M53 Junction 4 Motorway Maintenance Depot Mount Road, Bebington, 14th April
The Works Unit (Blue Sign) has been damaged for at least 3 years and reported to Highways England previously by Wirral Council's Highways Inspector. This is still to be repaired and is being reported by third parties for the council to fix, please respond to this request by renewing or removing the signage.

Clatterbridge Roundabout full of litter, 4th March
Travelling along Brimstage Road B5137 to Clatterbridge Roundabout which is full of litter/rubbish and needs clearing up. Looks awful. Also the slip roads (4) have rubbish too .

Litter, 29th January
Driving from bebington to Ellesmere Port weekly the amount of litter on either side of the motorway is absolutely disgusting. Makes you feel ashamed.

Litter, 1st January
The m53 from junction 5 to junction 1 needs cleaning. A lot of debris is blown from the tip at junction 4 onto the motorway. This includes large sheets of plastic which could easily blow onto rhe carriageway into the path of vehicles. Also the verges on all of the sliproads leading off the motorway are covered with litter. Please can you have this cleaned up

This junction is in a terrible state (as is the entire motorway) due to large amounts of rubbish and litter. It has been present for at least three months and is getting worse by the day.

Just opposit Claremont farm, next to a farm gate, a huge amount of rubbish has been dumped on the grass verge and it stinks !

Motorist ignoring sign that public bridleway Clatterbridge Road bridge over M53 near j4, 26th June
Although this road sign near bridge “Public Bridleway No public access for motor vehicles” - when walking my dog I find motorists ignoring this sign and dangerous to pedestrians as bridge not designed to handle pedestrians and motor cars. Reported to Merseyside Police with a registration plate and also informed that I have photos but suspect this will be ignored… until someone walking gets hurt!,

Unfinished road repair after utilities Co dug it up., 17th June
~5 months ago a Utilities contractor dug up the road outside my house to do underground repairs. The hole was backfilled and the Co marked that backfill as TEMP in red paint (Still visible). Nobody has been back to do a permanent repair and the hole is settling and subsiding.. A permanent repair is required.
