The fence is collapsing into a footpath and trees are growing over the sidex, 1st April
The footpath is being breached by metal sheets coming across the path there is also trees over growing the path. It’s going to collapse or cut someone’s legs as they are walking by. Someone has stuck a huge nail in the side of it and it’s sticking out. It’s extremely dangerous and there is also a pothole where the owner of the site made a hole on the pathway after unloading bricks the droppped curb is also loose and wobbles. There are several liable issues here.

Kids gathering under the now floodlit area, 3rd December
The lights are attracting groups of kids to smoke and gather under nhs property. The lights are on 24/7 and resulting in attracting groups to this area and also the lights are that bright shining into my house we are getting minimal sleep. Under working hours this area needs to be lit up but not after 6pm. The car park lights have also been updated resulting in super bright lights like a stadium. Also impacting our well being.

Excess accumulation of leaves causing slip hazard, 7th December
On Cross Tree lane there is an annual problem where the fallen leaves from trees are allowed to accumulate on the pavement. The build up is severe enough that in wet/icy weather there is a significant slip hazard present risk to those using the path. Parking on double yellow lines with no regard for other motorists, 3rd March
The white car has no regards for other motorists parking on a corner which is blind to motorists travelling in certain directions gobble yellow lines were put there to stop this problem but as no officers attend the area the problem is getting worse especially the whit car parked there regular today 3/03/22 been there since 6 am still there at 2.25 pm needs sorting before another accident.
