Pothole on M53, Jct 1, 27th September
Huge pothole on right hand lane, where M53 goes over the bridge (just before 50 road sign). The pothole covers the majority of the lane, so is very difficult to avoid. It also very deep, so will definitely cause damage to vehicles if they hit it. Vehicles were swerving into the first lane to avoid it, so very dangerous and it requires fixing asap.

Overgrown weeds & uneven paving, 10th May
The footpath between Sudworth Road and St George's Park is a disgrace. Broken and uneven tarmac and vast amounts of weeds hiding litter. This used to be such a pleasant well kept walk-thru, but the area is now looking shabby. The Council may not care but do home owners not see the shambles outside their own front path? Where is the pride.

Abandoned motor vehicle., 6th October
There has been a Black Renault Megane Reg number FM 06 KXX abandoned in the small council car park between the local Undertakers and Apartment block off Field road, New Brighton. The vehicle has a flat rear nearside tyre. According to the DVLA it’s last MOT expired in 2019 and has no Tax. I have reported the matter to Merseyside Police who tell me they will not be taking any action as it is on a car park and should be referred to Wirral Council

Massive industrial commercial tipping fire risk under the flyover, 11th September
There is a double gate what’s the off the B&Q roundabout. It has several padlocks which connect a chain which connects the two gates together. It appears that the culprits are simply undoing on nut on one hinge which allows one side of the gate to be lifted up and the whole pair of gates folded back giving access to large vehicles. This is likely happening at night as during the day there are people in the vicinity. The rubbish which amounts at this point in time to approximately 120 to 150 tons is a mixture of household and business rubbish with some questionable canisters that could be chemical waste. The rubbish has been dumped by a specialist vehicle in places which are least visible under the motorway flyover. The deposits have been tucked away on each side to be least visible. On the north side the rubbish is cascading into a nature reserve managed by the Forestry Commission. This is falling into a watercourse which has not long been cleared by the commission using amphibious equipment. It is a wildlife habitat.
When This started two or three weeks ago around about the 1st of September 2021 and is ongoing. This is likely happening at night as during the day there are people in the vicinity.

Overgrown weeds & broken paving, 15th July
I regularly walk through the footpath leading from ST. George's Park to Sudworth Rd, it has become a shabby eyesore. Masses of overgrown weeds and broken paving due to vehicles being driven over pavement not designed to carry the weight. Seemingly the Council services people pay for are not being honored, and areas are being badly neglected.
