Pothole caused sidewall damage, 3rd May
Driving to Wrexham road I tried to avoid a large pothole and didn’t and it cost me a new tyre which I was furious about they have been there ages and need sorting out the amount of people this must happen to

A55 on both sides of the carriageway in the area of junctions 39 & 40., 27th April
Very large potholes in both lanes on both sides of the A55 in the area of junction 39 & 40. These are unavoidable and will cause vehicle damage as they are so large. The problem is made worse by historic poor repairs. Both sides of the dual carriageway urgently need to be completely resurfaced. These potholes have got worse over the last 4 weeks and was initially reported to Chester & Cheshire West Council.

Lots of large potholes, unavoidable, 27th April
Large potholes that are unavoidable and potentially dangerous/car damaging on the A55 both carriageways, just after joining the carriage way westbound and just before leaving the carriageway eastbound at Chester (bikers cross). Hit one today as couldn’t avoid, thought my car had broken! Luckily not this time but this is a 70mph road and could cause an accident.

Road surface has broken away massively, both sides south of J40 A55, revealing massive pot holes. Dangerous now for motorcycles. Appears to require resurfacing, not just local filling.

Lots of potholes on main carriageway by junction 40, 11th March
There are a lot of large potholes on the A55 main carriageway in both directions on the stretches around junction 40. They are difficult/impossible to avoid. They are getting worse every time I drive that way. These could cause damage to vehicles or r cause accidents
