Traffic lights on bridge do not respond to bicycles., 3rd October
Traffic lights do not respond to carbon bicycles. This means you either have to wait for a car to pull up behind, or go through on a red light which is illegal.

Pothole on Chester bound carriageway., 2nd April
This pothole has been present for several weeks and getting steadily worse. Now deep enough to cause damage to vehicles and a danger to cyclists. Why on earth was it not repaired when the council were carrying out extensive patching on Sibbersfield lane only a couple of weeks ago?

Road markings, 17th January
The road markings have been worn away. in the recent bad winter weather it has been impossible to see the markings at times which has led to near accidents. The markings need to be re-done from this junction all the way to Broxton roundabout

Hedges over grown covering speed limit signs, 31st October
The hedges to a small piece of land adjacent to the main road are overgrown and covering the speed limit signs. It's a blind bend and there are regularly children crossing for the school bus, walkers and riders, turning out from Wetreins Road. People drive too fast on the roads anyway and the speed limit reminder being hidden isn't helpful.

Several large deep potholes along stretch of road (A534 bound), 2nd March
Several potholes along this stretch causing swerving over other side of road due to their severity and narrowness of lane. These are worsening daily.

The national speed limit sign has been blown or turned around in the wind to face the A534. 40MPH sign is missing., 27th February
There's a pole about 200 meters up the road on the left hand side. A 40mph sign for drivers heading towards Shocklach has been blown away. The same pole had a national speed limit sign which has been blown or turned around in the wind to face the A534 meaning drivers will be doing 60+ in a 40 where there's some nasty bends and children crossing for school buses. It should be facing away from the a534 and the junction to warn drivers they are entering a national speed limit area.

Rotten Gatepost, dangerous hanging gate., 14th February
Gatepost holding up pedestrian gate has rotted due to poor maintenance/lifespan. Can easily fall on vunerable person/child. The ground surface is very slippy due to build up of leaf matter, and the pedestrian accessway beyond the gateway has no safety rail as this has rotted due to poor upkeep.

Large number of severe potholes, 3rd May
URGENT: A large number of severe potholes along lane, being made worse by leaks in underground water mains as the road is hardly ever dry at the edges. Road edges deteriorating very quickly causing large potholes on a single vehicle lane.

Potholes, 6th March
Potholes in the road some seriously deep, I hit a couple in the car today and had to pull over and expect the car for damage, the whole road is in full of potholes and needs urgent attention I hate to think what would happen to a bicycle or motorbike hitting one of the potholes on this very busy road

Crewe Lane & Crewe Lane South (tracks), 17th November
Agricultural and Water Works routes used for vehicular access from main road A534 to Crewe by Farndon (Crewe Lane South) and opposite track into Farndon (Crewe Lane). In urgent need of signage on main road A534 warning vehicles of both right and left turnings ahead. Serious hazard as there is no warning to vehicles heading in both Wrexham and Broxton directions that there is a turning off the A534 into these side lanes. Also, many vehicles overtake at speeds in excess of 60mph unaware HGV vehicles are pulling out of these lanes onto the A534 as the entrances/exits are obscured and no signage. The surface needs attention where it meets the A534 to stop further damage to road edges from HGV's.

Children playing in road, 9th July
Since the end of 2014 we have suffered at the hands of a number of children. They play ball in the road making access to the property difficult. They constantly zip up and down on bikes - often leaving them in the middle of the road and giving you dirty looks when they realise they'll have to move it to allow you through. They ride and play ball and think nothing of coming onto our drive. Many of them don't live on our road they are just visiting friends. We constantly suffer with gravel being kicked up onto the drive. They retrieve their ball front our gardens without seeking permission. It's becoming a nightmare. I'm not alone as there are two other neighbours who I know feel exactly the same. The holidays are around the corner and I'm dreading being home and faced with this every day.

Poor road surface, 20th May
The road surface here is getting dangerous. there is a definite 'lip' in the section of where the bridge is joined to the main road. as this is a road that is travelled on at speeds up to 60mph, this almost 'ramp' can catch someone unaware and as such has the potential to cause an accident. i was behind one such driver today who swerved violently after hitting it

Potholes AGAIN!!!, 20th May
Pothole on farndon side of the junction was 'repaired' last month and it has now subsided again and is going to get worse. pothole repairs are seemingly insufficient, i have had a serious accident on this stretch of road caused by a pothole and its only a matter of time before they cause another
