These deep potholes have been present for months now and have been reported multiple times. Worse every time I pass. Drivers are taking action to avoid them. They are clearly a risk to safety of road users and likely to damage vehicles. This is a 70mph busy stretch of road. This needs addressing urgently before someone is injured or worse. Until then warning signs and or temporary speed restrictions could be considered.

Severe road deterioration, 7th May
Severe road deterioration covering both lanes. Fast 70MPH road and people are swerving to avoid the 1 and a half lane pot hole, this is going to cause an accident if not addressed immediately.

Many substantial pot holes both lanes on the off slip road from A55 towards roundabout, 2nd May
Many large pot holes have formed due to bad weather conditions on the off slip road leading to cars swerving, straddling lanes to avoid them. I would be concerned for the safety of a motorbike riders travelling at speed in the dark suddenly encountering them.

Multiple Potholes across carriageway, 30th April
There are now a number of large potholes that span the width of the carriageway on the Northbound exit slip road from the A55 towards the A55/A41 hamburger roundabout (Jct 39). Cars are swerving to avoid them but are running into already busy lanes. Issue has been there for at least 6 months but seems to be considerably worse in the last couple of months.

Potholes, 25th April
Travelling on Wednesday 24th in the direction of Wrexham on the A55 coming from Northwich. The potholes and road surface is absolutely disgraceful between junction 40 and 38. So many potholes, road breaking up and uneven surface. People were swerving to avoid the potholes. I have travelled recently to Anglesey and the A55 is in a reasonable condition in that direction. However it has been a while since I travelled the other direction and was shocked to say the least.

Swarm of potholes both carriageways, 24th April

Road surface disintegrating at alarming rate, 14th April
The road is fast becoming one big series of potholes. THIS IS GOING TO CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
The other evening in the dark because I knew the holes were there. I had to drive with my headlights on dazzling other road users.
This started as a couple of potholes now the road is disintegrating from the left hand lane and is all the way across both lanes. DANGEROUS AND WILL CAUSE AN ACCIDENT VERY SOON.
The carriageway A55 between vicars cross to the post house roundabout has a series of damaged road surfaces. But the worst is just over the A41 bridge coming from vicars cross towards the post house roundabout.
