Deceased cat on hard shoulder, 5th February
The appears to be a deceased cat on the hard shoulder just after the slip road for Chester services heading towards Runcon. Its white/grey/black in colour but I'm pretty sure it isn't a badger from the shape and size of it. Apologies if it does turn out to be.

Cats eyes not reflecting, 30th October
Cats eye lenses appear to be broken across all three lanes westbound between helsby and Ellesmere Port. Very difficult to see the lane markings in bad weather and poor visibility.

M56 Jct 14 to 12 eastbound hard shoulder drainage blocked, 8th May
Extensive areas of standing water at back of hard shoulder likely to extend into first lane. Either all gullies are blocked or drains are blocked. I don't use this route often so don't know how old the problem is.

There is stationary traffic on the M56 eastbound and you have not used the electronic warning signs to alert traffic, we passed 4 signs unused, before the traffic jam!!, 2nd September
You failed to use electronic road signs to warn of stationary traffic on the M56 today, we passed 4 possible signs , all had no hazards shown. The purpose of these signs is to warn motorists of problems, can you explain why they are not in use? They prevent accidents!

Large pothole across right hand lane of slip road. Impossible to avoid and car's are fully dipping into it and being jolted. Has been repaired once, but hole is still subsiding. Going to cause an accident or serious damage to cars.
