Fence Damaged, 20th March
The Fence has been damaged along the boundary of the M53 and and Picton Bridleway BR3 also known as green lane. The fence is not on the Bridlewway it is the Boundary fence of the M53. It is the Section of Green Lane that runs parallel to the M53. The issue has been present for at least 4 weeks.

There is a dead black and white cat under the flyover on the central reservation north bound side. I noticed it this morning on my way to work.

The litter on this road is disgusting, and a safety hazard, as it includes large scale items such as blown tyres, plastic sheeting, car crash detritus and abandoned temporary road signs. National Highways is in breach of its statutory duty to keep its highways clear of litter, pursuant to section 89 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Please assess the site to grade the litter under the Litter Code of Practice, and clear the litter within 28 days.

Abandoned vehicle, 29th January
Blue van abandoned and blocking access to adjacent junction for large vehicles accessing nearby construction site. Has been static at site for over two months and tires are flat. Notes asking owner to move vehicle have been on windscreen for several weeks

Cars parking antisocially on Newhall and Halton Road, 17th September
Cars are parking with all four wheels on the pavement so that wheelchairs and pushchairs cannot get past. This can make something a simple as going to the post box impossible and is actually illegal. You can be fined for obstructing the pavement.

LED street light flashes and strobes all night and requires replacing, 8th July
The bright white LED streetlight outside our house is faulty and flashes or strobes all night. This makes sleeping in the front bedroom very difficult, as it intermittently flashes into the bedroom all night.
