Noisy manhole cover, 5th March
This post applies to the residents at the bottom end of Green Lane, Pearl Lane and Vicars Cross Road. A large manhole cover has appeared on the junction at the traffic lights by the shops. Unfortunately this is turning into a nuisance as everytime a car wheel drives over it it is making a loud banging noise. Just asking if anyone else is hearing this which will no doubt be annoying during the summer when we are enjoying our gardens. Has anyone got any ideas as to whom this grid belongs to so objections can be made to move it to a place where cars are not continually driving over it; hence stopping the noise.

Repeat dog fouling, 8th November
I witness a man with his young child and a baby in a pram with his tan French bulldog/Boston terrier daily allowing his dog to defecate outside my home without picking it up on his way to drop his oldest at kids planet nursery on Vaughan's lane, Boughton, Chester. Today I caught him after such an event on his way back passed my home after he had walked past his dogs mess and asked if he was going to pick it up - after his aggressive stance towards me and arguing he eventually picked it up but this is the first time I have been able to call his attention to it. Usually he leaves it for the school children and nursery kids to walk through it and never picks it up on his return. I am fed up of cleaning dog muck off my daughters shoes and having it trampled through the house. I am not the only member of the Boughton community to have witnessed this man allowing his dog to mess without having the decency to pick it up. I did explain I had witnessed this many many times and not once had he returned to pick it up.! Please can you help, the dog faeces in Boughton is increasingly left and this seems to be a growing problem. The majority of dog owners clean up after their pets but this man is a repeat offender and always leaves it uncollected despite a dog waste bin 10 foot away.

Major Cracks on the road (Resonance/ Vibrations), 15th August
Hi, Few years before road works was done on Lache Lane and part between Overleigh roundabout to Cavendish Road was not done. The reason for not doing repair on this part of the road was, waiting on water / utility works. Past 4 to 5 years we are waiting for completion of this road works. We believe water / utility work has been completed 2 to 3 years back. We have attached few photos of the road. These are vertical and horizontal cracks. These cracks now create resonance / vibrations when any heavy vehicle drives on this. It has been noticed Biffa Waste Management vehicles and few delivery trucks goes on this road more than 30 miles per hour. These speed and cracks on the roads creates major resonance and vibration on road for past 4 to 5 years. Could you please look into this as matter of urgency. Thanks and regards,

Co2 emmisions and Nox from Crematoriums, 4th December
Please view the links and do your research (these are just a few examples below, look via google and wikepedia).
Http://www.funeralmagazine.co.uk/promession/
Why demonise car drivers? Crematoriums emit FAR MORE Co2 - this can NOT be filtered, it is impossible to filter it. It is all very well bleating on about cars, when nothing is said publicly about Crematoriums. Promession (as described) offers the alternative. For burials, why not use golf courses or also put solar farms on cemeteries and 'duel use' the land.
The Crematorium will mostly use vast amounts of propane (what a waste) and also emit Nox, which can be filtered, but not fully at 100%.
Ashes = Carbon
Please wake up to this and do read the link below too.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, I trust it is informative.

I recently turned my ankle twice in one day walking over this section of damaged local pavement, 17th August
I recently turned my ankle twice in one day on a narrow section of pavement at this location, the pavement is narrow and broken on the highway side where it falls away onto a narrow grass verge. Not only worried for myself but given so many are out walking now for any frail elderly person who might get caught out at the location. the LA investigated the site and write back to tell me they were not going to do any repair. in the circumstances I consider this a very bad decision hence wat to add it to reports here. Over the years our pavement have had little or no maintenance throughout the area. infact this I just one example.
