Drain blocked on road sign sid, 1st January
Water cannot enter drain so flowing across road to ditch on other side which is now overflowing.Danger to cyclists, horse riders, pedestrians and cars. Flooded like this for three/four weeks.

This 30 mph sign is on an angle and can’t be seen at night at all and not much during the day, 20th November
This 30mph sign is wonky and cannot be seen when you approach it. This has resulted in a significant increase of cars travelling down east hanning Road. This has resulted in one of our cats being run over and killed. Could you clear the dead wood around the sign and make it straight again please Thank you Andrew Chesterton 07770 721244

Side of the road corroded, 22nd August
The side of the road has corroded away, this has been like it for over a year, it has got worse this year. I live opposite and hear loads of lorries/cars go off the edge and cause damage, especially as it gets darker you can't see the edge of the road the white lines have gone.

Discarded road traffic signs / cones, 7th March
The mini roundabout at the junction between Bicknacre Road, The Common and The Tye East Hanningfield. There are discarded traffic cones and Road Closed signed on the road side and in bushes. Can these please be collected? There is also a damaged road sign (damaged by a fallen tree) that needs repairing. The remains of that tree also remain on the footpath

Trees overhanging the road, 7th March

Poor road surface condition between The Tye in East Hanningfield running from the mini roundabout (to Bicknacre and Howe Green) (close to CM3 8XD) all the way through the village of East Hanningfield to Old Church Road. Large potholes are present particularly between the Vita Bella restaurant and the mini roundabout.

Disgusting smell on east Hanningfield road next to the care home by the bus stops, 10th February
The is an awful smell emanating around the bus stops on east Hanningfield road next to the care home that is becoming unbearable. We’ve seen an increase in vermin on our property and the small almost smells like a decomposing animal. We’ve tried Essex council and they claim it’s not their issue and and have told us to report to yourselves. The smell has been getting worse and worse for the last 6 weeks. Totally blocked drain, 10th March
This drain is completely blocked, right to the top. Caused by falling leaves and farm vehicles carrying hay and straw. As no water can enter the drain, water now floods onto my drive.
