Curb / road edging dropped, 25th March
Your road edging dropped in 2019 and is getting wors. it deposits all street water onto my drive ... diverting it away from the surface water drain. Fault logged under reference 2699576 but cannot find current status. Have been told 5 times over last two months that you (ECC Highways) accept works are needed and am told a Highway Engineer with knowledge of job will call but no one ever does. It has been impossible to rebuild my drive after the three floods incurred in December 2019 and so far un remedied by ECC. An FOI request has been made twice for the highway and other records relating the road flood and subsequent need of repair but again nothing has ever been received. Please ensure I am called by a highway engineer with first hand knowledge of this fault with the next 7 days on 07768686453. NOTE : DO NOT WRITE AS DYSLEXIC AND I CANNOT ACCESS CAB SERVICES TO HAVE READ ! Thank You N Bond
