Loose debris on carriageway, 7th May
A120 travelling between Dunmow and Stansted Airport. Carriageway has severe deterioration, potholes and loose debris.
My windscreen was smashed last night due to your poorly maintained carriageway. Some stones were flicked up into my path from a speeding overtaking vehicle. My vehicle has been damaged and I hold highways UK responsible.
Please advise what you are doing with the £695 road fund I paid in full in March?
Please repair and resurface this stretch of road immediately.
I may take legal action to recover the cost of my windscreen from you. I will be passing these details to my insurance company.

Cars blocking pavement completely. No one can get passed., 14th April
So many cars parked along Dunmow Road & The Street, Takeley. Prams and wheelchairs cannot fit through. As a wheelchair user I have to cross the road so many times to get down this road as there's so many cars completely blocking the pavement. As there's not many dropped curbs I often have to travel in the road for a considerable distance to get around a car and get safely back on the pavement again. Sometimes I have no option but to turn round and go back home, particularly where there's cars blocking both sides on the pavement or where there's cars blocking one pavement and there's no pavement on the other side. Cars need tickets! Most of them do this consistently and are home owners on that road.

Massive potholes across whole carriageway, 28th January
There have been huge potholes / degradation of the tarmac, across the whole carriageway, for many months. To avoid the worst of these on the south bound side, people often drive on the opposite side of the road and as there is a bend, this is even more dangerous. This damage is immediately opposite a primary school and on a road already blighted and congested with parked cars, lorry deliveries and visitors to shops/car park and it is a bus route.
