Huge deep pothole, 25th February
This pothole has been here a while now and it is very deep. Hard to see when it’s been raining as it feels with water and looks like a puddle. Cones have been put there to try help people avoid it but it’s right on a been so driving around the cone is a hazard too.

Edge of road eroded, 4th December
Multiple floods have caused the edge of the road to erode, currently cars are force onto that edge as far as possible to avoid the deeper flood water. You can't see the pothole due to water & the car in front of me popped its tyre

Large pothole bu entrance to Mill Pond Farm, 15th May
This pothole has expanded during the wet weather we had recently. It is a danger to cyclists and drivers alike. You cannot see how deep it is as it is almost continuously full of water at the moment. it is 1.5 metres long by 79 cms wide. The sharp edge on the roadside is extremely dangerous for cyclists who could be thrown into the way of oncoming traffic on this narrow road.

Pothole opposite Mill House, Mill Road., 15th May
The pothole has been notified to Essex Highways previously, over 6 months ago but no work has been done. It has enlarged since the previous notification. It is now 99 cms wide, 10 cms deep and approx. 1.25 metres long, but extending further along the side of the road.

Sent back up the wrong way up M11 by road closure, 13th May
Heading back to London on the M11. If you pull off at Bishops Stortford services, roadworks on the roundabout on exiting will not allow you to continue back towards London but sends you back up the M11!! No short trip to the next junction either!! No signs informing you of this and no option but to comply with the situation or cause a crash!!

One large pothole and new smaller ones.Old Mead Road side of elsenhdd as m train crosding, 29th January
Large hole on left hand side of road after going over crossing to Old Mead Lane. This is getting bigger by the day as once over the crossing you bend left and that is where the pot hole is. Every car going over the crossing from station road to old mead road turn their wheels here and are causing it to get deeper. Cyclists are having to try and avoid the hole but the only way to do this is riding into the middle of the road! The railway staff say it a Highways problem.

2 large pot holes in road going out of Elsenham. Hall Road.., 29th January
For the last couple of months these 2 pot holes have been getting larger. They are on the left hand side of road going out of Elsenham. They are towards the middle of the road and people are driving on the opposite side of the road to avoid them. This is just before a bend and there is going to be an accident with the oncoming traffic!

Three large pot holes straddling both sides of the narrow road, 27th January
These pot holes have been there for over six months and have become so large because of the huge lorries that use this B road and they are on a narrow bend in the road. Cars have to straddle the highway into the other lane to avoid the holes. Also a sunken drain in the same location. Accident waiting to happen. So many residents have reported this as dangerous to Essex Highways, but to no avail. The holes have not even been marked!

Massive pot holes *dangerous*, 27th January
There are multiple deep pot holes in the location tagged, in the lane going out of Elsenham, spaced all across the lane. This causes drivers to go onto the wrong side of the road when approaching the corner, into oncoming traffic. It is only a matter of time before there is a serious accident, there have already been multiple cars damaged (tyres burst) due to having to go through the pot holes.
