Rotten Fence falling into /over path, 15th March
The fence that spans several properties that back on to Rosebay Avenue from Betony Crescent is rotten and begun falling into / across the pedestrian footpath along Rosebay Avenue. Because it's covered with planting, it's extremely heavy, but also insecure and presents a material risk to passers by.- quite apart from significantly reducing the breadth of the path.

Cars parking on pavement St Ediths Lane, 6th March
Posts have been installed successfully in the pavement by St Edith's Court, however posts are needed along St Edith's Lane to stop car parking on the pavement. Apparently the lane has no ownership so parking cannot be stopped in the road. However, the pavement is the responsibility of the Highways Authority and I see no reason why posts cannot be installed on the pavement along St Edith's Lane as far as the double yellows. I find difficulty passing along the pavement there in my wheelchair as do many prams..
