Serious flooding on Church Road across highway, 13th March
Serious flooding across and along the carriageway, outside Ku Ming on Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse. Been like this for over 3 years and nothing has been done to resolve this serious issue. The blockage is causing serious problems upstream in Orchard Avenue where ditches are overflowing and private properties are being flooded !

Constant Flooding of Church Road, 23rd February
Church road constantly flooding outside new build where they have filled the ditch in. This is causing a serious safety issue for motorists as the entire road is flooded. In addition the blockage is causing upstream problems in Orchard Avenue, which is causing serious flooding! Your urgent attention is required please

Highway Flooding, 14th February
Gullies along the length of Church road from A129 junction to river crouch all blocked with mud and stones from the daily lorries dumping spoil on keeling land. The blocked gullies are causing flooding to Church road, which is a serious issue for motorists. This has been reported previously nothing done by highways to resolver over the past 8 years ! This year is exceptionally bad and needs urgent resolution!

Highway flooding, 14th February
Church road flooding and causing serious issues to motorists driving along Church road. Suspect the issue is caused due to ditch filled in by home owner. This is also causing serious issues to ditches in Orchard Avenue overflowing into private properties as the water cannot flow due to this blocking in Church road

Please send a team to collect rubbish along this busy road. It is too dangerous for village volunteers to go out and collect. There are all sorts of bits of rubbish along the grass verge.

Covered over and collapsed carriage way drain, 13th January
Carrigeway drain collapsed and been covered over by tarmac ! Needs to be repaired correctly and flushed out along with an identical issue 100yards away as the road is now flooding and last week contributed to properties being flooded twice in Orchard Avenue lower down the hill where the water is running too

Collapsed carriegway manholes needs digging up and repairing correctly ! Not covering over badly after 3 years of complaining so that the raid is level and water can run away

Mirror at blind junction Mill Lane j/w Heath Road defective. Three near misses known already., 10th November
The Mirror opposite the end of Mill Lane has damage which is in the middle, which falsely reflects (particularly in daylight) there are no vehicles coming ( creating a blind spot), when vehicles are in fact, approaching. Even more dangerous than not having a mirror, due to unreliable reliance that cars are not approaching. We in the Lane are already aware of three near misses today.

The road has fallen away causing a large pothole in the carriageway, 2nd November
The pothole has been there a long time 3+ months. It is c.30x40 inches and very deep. Causes vehicles to swerve on to the other side of the road, on a bend, and should it be hit by a motor/pedal cyclist could cause a fatal accident.
