Flooding caused by incorrect road camber., 27th September

I live at Cherry Tree Lodge, Canney Road, Steeple Southminster, Essex CM0 7RS. Recently Canney Road has been resurfaced and the camber of the road has been increased, that when we have severe rainfall the road becomes a river. The contractors have not only increased the camber, the sleeping policeman that were implemented some time ago have now disappeared but more importantly the contractors have tarmacked over the edge of my drop curb. Of course now when we have heavy rainfall the water is causing flooding on my drive which is coming up to my doorstep which is very worrying. (Photo's Attached). It is also washing the shingle away from my drive and leaving silt deposits particularly by the entrance of both my drives entrances. I reported this incident on 6th April sending photographs but to date have not had a response. I telephoned yesterday 20.04.18 and spoke to John in Highways and said the matter was being passed to the capital team but he was unable to give me any further information or find copies of the pictures sent. I now enclose another set of Photographs for your attention. I also reported when Canney Road was tarmacked the contractors missed repairing and tarmacking the first passing place in the road, and when I returned home yesterday evening it appears they have now filled the holes with loose tarmac which in time will disappear and leave the severe pot holes in a very short time, particularly as the amount of traffic is increasing due to visitors to Steeple Bay Caravan Site. I trust you will look into my complaint above and await your early response. Yours faithfully, Zane Cohen. Sent Saturday 21.04.18 8.40am. Further to the above letter together with your repairs, my property is still suffering flooding. You reinstated the contractors to resolve the original problem, instead of altering the camber of the road for surface water to fall towards the ditch, the road surface was left as resurfaced but instead came and raised my drop curb causing the slope to fall onto my property instead of to the road as previously. Since this alteration the drop slope has started to break up in places and the water is now falling onto my drive. I am not satisfied with this resolution and wish it to be resolved to a proper standard. I look forward to an early response to resolve this situation as the water has now damaged the surface of my drive. Sent Sunday 22nd December 2019 16.30pm Please can you arrange an engineer to view the problem, nobody has contacted me since the above correspondence. My telephone number is 07836 777765.

There is a large hole in the path outside 94 South Street over a drain area. This is extremely dangerous as someone could get there foot stuck. Many people walk this path. Very urgent repair required
