ISSUE: Issues with vehicles exceeding the 30-mph speed limit through the village
ACTION: We will be a high visibility in this area of concerns around key times. Enforcement or words of advice will be given depending on the nature of the issue. We will carry out speed checks when able to. We are also working with Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service who are the lead organisation to deliver educational inputs to young drivers; this has been done on a night time in hot spot areas or via school educational inputs.
New Cumbria Police priorities and concerns for this neighbourhood will be published here once they are announced by Cumbria Police through the data.police.uk portal.
