Flooding on highway, 21st December
The highway opposite Shepherds Hill Court, Thurstonfield is currently flooded to the middle of the carriageway. It was completely flooded last night (20/12/13) and on Wednesday night ( 18/12/13). I believe the problem is a blocked highway drain. This happens frequently suggesting an inherent fault. This is a dangerous fault due to the lack of street lighting.
