Numerous large pot holes on this road, 15th March
There are many large potholes on this road. They get much worse after passing the speed limit sign. The alternative route from St Bees to Egremont is closed and has been for several months due to flooding. So there is more traffic on this road than usual. I use this road daily to take my son to nursery. I try my best to avoid them and slow down but they need sorting ASAP. Surely there must have been other reports and more than likely damaged vehicles because of them!

Endless Potholes, 25th October
High risk of damage to vehicles & extremely dangers for cyclists & motorcyclists The road south out of the village is in terrible condition. To many potholes and disintegrating highway to list them all. Highways need to send out a survayor to fully assess the terrible conditions. This road is in desperate need of proper repair. More pressure is being put on this narrow exit from St.Bees due to flooding of the alternative.

Flooded Road Impassable, 25th October
Please find the time to address the flooding. Dangerous & unacceptable. This is an ongoing issue, road unusable, we haven’t had much rain and it’s been constantly flooded. This road may be classed as a minor road but it’s used constantly to access Egremont & the village. The alternative routes are longer and the roads are in terrible condition, with endless potholes and narrow blind corners. My biggest concern is as the weather deteriorates and the condition of our roads around the village worsen due to no maintenance a serious accident will happen.
