Road surface full of potholes.

Dam, 5th April
Dangerous road surface on Spenser Close. As most users on this road are disabled the surface is very uneven and most have had a slip, thankfully not a fall YET. Was promised 2 years ago this was going to be sorted still nothing actioned.

Fly tipping, 5th March
Fly tipping along the path and by the trees bordering the fence on my property 94 Dent View and the trees and grass by Brisco mount. There is a broken table, a desk chair, bits of wood and rubbish, broken chairs as well as a bucket and now there is a Christmas tree blocking the path which goes past 93 Dent view to the garages. This is a health and safety concern as there is broken glass, the metal table is broken and also children have been messing with the rubbish and could get injured

Illegal parking, 4th March
Cars parked on pavement blocking access onto the estate. If emergency services needed access they won't get in as you can barely fit a car through. Also no pavement access for wheelchairs and pushchair/prams. This is a daily occurrence even though these selfish people have allocated parking behind their property

Pedestrian crossing button stuck on so traffic lights keeping turning red causing congestion at peak times.

Traffic Light timing is causing huge delays on the A595, 18th January
The traffic this morning was backed up past Westlakes to near Hensingham this morning due to the timing of these traffic lights. As soon as you pass these lights traffic was flowing freely. I was between 5 - 8 MPH the majority of the way along with consistent stops.

For the last 2 days the lights keep turning red every minute causing very long traffic queues from the roundabout at Clintz in Egremont.

The pedestrian crossing on A595 by North Road Egremont is not working correctly, 18th January
The signals constantly change to red instead of just when the button has been pressed. Causing havoc to traffic flow and congestion going for a couple of mile.

Buttons freezing on pedestrian crossing and causing a large volume of traffic on main road, 18th January
The buttons on the pedestrian crossing are freezing or sticking so the lights are constantly going onto red despite nobody pressing the button. This is causing a very large volume of traffic on the main road and adding 45 mins onto my journey into work as the traffic is having up for miles.

The traffic lights cycle through to red regularly despite no pedestrians or other traffic concerns which is causing severe traffic congestion from Whitehaven and Cleator heading towards Egremont. This fault has happened before and has been ongoing for several days

This has previously been reported when it was a small pothole. It is now very deep and was not visible in todays snowfall!

A595 northbound verge has excess debris, 20th December
The road between the white line carriage marking and the kerb is used extensively by cyclists on egremont bypass, unfortunately this area is no longer usable due to the amount of debris in this section. the northbound carriageway was recently swept to clear drains but southbound has not been cleaned for a long time. cyclist currently forced to share carriage with other vehicles (yes i know this is not a cycle lane, but anything that keeps us away from speeding traffic is appreciated)
