Deep Pothole, 24th January
This pothole was ‘repaired ‘recently but the repair is falling apart. Debris including gravel and mud is being splashed onto the side of my house (4 The Plosh, Borrowdale Road) . The result is an unsightly and potentially dangerous mess which I have to repeatedly clear up.

Poor state of popular pedestrian crossing, 14th January
At the southern end of Castlehead Wood, pedestrian access across the B5289 is via a tight set of steps. The road is narrow at this point and previous repairs to the tarmac are failing. Some large stones from the National Trust steps have found their way onto the roadside and now form a trip hazard.

2 "dead" street lights, 12th January
Of the three linked street lights on the B5289 south of Keswick, one has not worked for many years, and another of them stopped working yesterday. Only one is now working which leaves a considerable distance with zero street lighting, all within the 30 mph zone. 12 inch pothole right outside 4 The Plosh., 23rd December
Cars hitting the hole are sending sprays of muddy water over the wall, window and door of the property. This is a rental property and guests are not impressed by the mess. I’m sure many cars will have experienced problems given the size of the hole. This hole needs to be fixed now .

SouthEast corner of Roundabout, visibility for Cycles and Pedestrians crossing the A66 Northwards at marked crossing is badly impaired by overgrown Shrubs and Bushes. Impossible to see oncoming traffic on A66 while on the pavement

When coming out of Limepots Road- trying to turn right visibility is completely obscured by a fence belonging to Riverside , Crosthwaite Road, Keswick., 4th October
When coming out of Limepots Road and trying to turn right or even left visibility is completely obscured by a fence belonging to Riverside , Crosthwaite Road, Keswick . This is far worse than the obstruction caused by the fence and shed at Fellview Ashtree Avenue which has been in all the newspapers. It affects more traffic on a very busy highway and numerous accidents have already been caused by it.
