Traffic lights timing fault, 21st April
Traffic lights on roundabout J40 Penrith, the lights immediately before the turn in to Penrith which controls traffic on the roundabout merging with traffic leaving the M6 Southbound (NY [phone removed]). Frequently in the mornings at 05:50-06:00 the lights remain on red for several minutes, the next lights around cycle several times. On every occasion vehicles inevitably drive through the red light after waiting for a long time, this could lead to an accident with faster moving traffic merging from the motorway. The lights do change but it takes a long time and by this point numerous cars have beeped horns and driven round you to go through the red light.

Sweeper required, 11th April
Significant chippings and debris on pavement causing pain for paws of animals. In footpath between pedestrian crossing and all the way down to junction with ash road opposite frame and swift vets. Verge of road also required significant sweeping

Light stays red for up to 5 minites, 30th March
Especially at night, the traffic light stays red, where the slip road of the M6 South joins the a 66. I’m not sure why it does this, perhaps the Sensor is only working on the left-hand lane or something.

Huge pothole on Raiselands Croft, 30th March
This pothole has been here for months and is incredibly difficult to avoid due to the on street parking in this area. It is also next to a relatively busy junction used by most traffic coming into and out of the area.

A66 not open delaying everyone westbound meant to be open at 6., 28th March
A66 westbound still shut after saying it will be open at 6 large queues need to get to work important meetings. This isn’t on no repots of road closure as it is open from 6am and needs sorting ASAP.

I was driving southbound just south of jct40 M6 Thu 14th Mar, and my front bumper came detached. I took it back to the dealer and they are claiming an impact happened. Can you please confirm there are no potholes on this stretch of the motorway.

Poor traffic light phasing, 21st March
The lights are out of sync with each other and causing bottle necks on and around the roundabout. Vehicles are frustrated at not gaining ease of access when green so then enter roundabout on Amber/red and block other lanes trying to join roundabout. Am sure it has been reported but it really is frustrating when they have worked perfectly before.

Traffic lights sequencing incorrect, 21st March
Traffic lights at Kempley roundabout have been causing huge delays since Monday, 18th of March. Traffic ends up jammed even when there is not heavy traffic and is very congested during peak hours. 15-minute journey from work to home took me 45 minutes on Monday.

The traffic lights on this roundabout are out of sync, leaving vehicles in the middle of the roundabout and oncoming traffic unable to move when on green. Making cars very vulnerable as left in the middle of the roundabout, blocking lanes and with a lorry coming a speed and can not get through. Can take in excess of 40 mins to get from junction 40 of the M6 to Kemplay roundabout which is only half a mile! Needs sorting before Easter otherwise it will be gridlock and have knock on affect to M6 and A66 east!!

Traffic lights out of sequence, causing major jams, 21st March
The traffic lights are way out of sequence again and causing major jams. Traffic is blocking so some directions when the lights go green you can’t even go anywhere and then they simply go back to read. At certain times this is causing large tailbacks.

The sequencing of these traffic are causing long delays and no one can join the roundabout when the lights are green making it really dangerous when people are left stranded in between the roundabout lanes. 3 weeks ago these lights were not causing any issues
