National Cycle Network is blocked, 9th April

The new roadworks outside the Docks Office have closed National Cycle Network Route 88, which uses the path which has been closed.
I note that the closure signage makes no mention of alternative routes for pedestrians or bikes.
The Active Travel Act requires with reference to the Traffic Management Act 2004 requires you to “secure the expeditious movement of all road users, including walkers and cyclists”, and that when placing obstructions, you must have regard to the needs of walkers and cyclists.
By blocking this path, I contend that the needs of walkers and cyclists have not been considered, and that by blocking the National Cycle Network, you are not showing proper regard to the Active Travel Act.

Flytipping in lane, 27th January

Car always parked on double yellows, 12th January
This car that has a residents permit for another street in the town is constantly double parked over the yellow lines. The street is blocked off at the top and they're blocking the only turning circle for cars and residents.

Blocking junction, 28th July
This vehicle and others behind her who park overnight,and in the Day,are blocking the junction. This means that you have to go onto the right side of the road,which is against the rules of motoring,and for me has nearly caused a crash with vehicles coming towards me. Not only that,I have had abuse shouted at me also,for no fault of my own,as I have to do this in order to get home. Please could this be sorted asap,or else one day there will be a Terrible Crash

Ridiculous amount of rubbish that is now stinking, 27th May
For months the rubbish has been increasing in this front area of 159-161 Court Rd. Why the residents think they don’t need to put their rubbish out for collection is beyond me. Needless to say, it is now stinking. I have complained to the council on numerous occasions but nothing has been done. It’s a health hazard & the smell means we are not able to open our front windows

Council and police are not interested, 24th November
I have complained to the police and council bitterly about cars parked on double yellows and across the pavement on a busy junction and they always blame each other. This car is parked here pretty regularly but nothing is done and won't be done until someone is seriously injured or killed crossing to tesco. It also makes visibility difficult for cars pulling out of little main street also forcing cars to take a center line in the road .
