Building has been ongoing for over 18 months. Builders have dug up the pavement,and barriers blow over again and again. Already have had one puncture,neighbours also. I am requesting some longed-for normality to the road. Stones and mud are a real nuisance.

Parking on a junction, 8th April
Over the past few weeks, these 4 vehicles from the same household have been parking on this junction. They have made it difficult for vehicles, particularly refuse trucks and deliveries vehicles to access the close, as well as sometimes making it difficult for us to get on/ off our drive. Not sure if it would impede any emergency vehicles trying to access the close if required. From my understanding they should not be allowed to park on the Junction as per the highway code. Speaking with one of the vehicle owners (whose actual parking is elsewhere) they state there are no restrictions on that part of the road and they're allowed to park there.

Potholes, 16th November
There are a series of large potholes and uneven road surfaces on Dan y Bryn avenue. There is also a utilities trench that has sunk significantly which haas create a large depression in the road which is causing damage to vehicles. This entire stretch needs to be resurfaced.

Temporary traffic lights not working, 13th November
Temporary traffic lights on llantrisant road heading towards clos parc radyr not working, large backup of traffic causing people to skip the lights forcing oncoming traffic to have to mount the kerb to get around. Lights aren’t changing in one direction but working in all other directions

Accident Waiting To Happen, 30th October
This whole stretch of the A4119 Lantrissant Road between Heol Isaf, Radyr and St Fagans/Rhydlafar crossroads is a complete disaster. The layout changes daily, the “road” is not clear, it is one lane only with temporary trafic lights & “stop/go” signs, there are raised ironworks, uneven road surface and adverse cambers. It really is sn accident waiting to happen. This is a main A road route in/out of Cardiff and an imprtant highway for those of us living in the area especially Pentyrch, Creigiau & St Fagans where there is no alternatiive. In addition there are now temporary traffic lights at the Creigiau junction, there is no tight turn filter (as on the permenant lights) and tge cone layout is not clear. Not sure who is monitoring this but the house building developers seem to be treating the whole area as a building site with scant regard for road users. It is bad enough in daylight but at night …….!!

Overgrown hedges, 19th September
Hedges and bushes from two properties are almost covering the full width of the pavement forcing pedestrians into the road. The Dan y Bryn roadsign has been subsumed into the overgrown hedges and is now longer visible. These need cutting back to allow full access to the pavement. At the junction there is also a huge pothole that is also very dangerous.

Traffic Lights obscured by overgrown bushes, 5th June
Driving towards Cardiff, the left hand lane provides straight on. The lights on the right which are visible are for right hand turn into the new housing estate. The left hand lights, that govern straight on are obscured dangerously by overgrown bushes and the angel they are positioned in.

Grass cutting needed, 19th May
This green space is regularly missed for grass cutting by the council every year. They regularly cut the grass on the estate by the park and the other similar green space at Windsor Clive drive but miss Llewelyn Goch. This has been missed twice this year already. We don’t mind every now and again as it’s good for the wildlife but it’s nearly waist high now and we’d be grateful if it could be trimmed soon.
