Huge pothole, 15th March
Huge pothole exists just before the church turn in. How this has ben missed, given how long it's been there, plus a smaller pothole was repaired only days ago yard away from it on Bryncelyn. Do teams do routine observations anymore?

One month on, nothing changed, still double yellow line parking, 17th February
Hi guys, Keeping it pubic so everyone can keep progress and observe. The continued double yellow parking by the white Peugeot (and other cars), on double yellow lines, right by the turn off which causes very dangerous situation with emerging (and hence passing) traffic, continues. This, of course, is despite the fact that a free car park only meters away on the other side of the road. Will keep updating until this situation is resolved. Who'd have though one could 'get away' with doing this, even when someone informs the authorities numerous times!

Double yellow line parking, 14th January
A white, '66 plate Peugeot 208 is almost constantly parking at the point indicated on the map. It causes issues due to the blind spots it causes with merging traffic from the businesses located behind, off the main road. Not to mention the double yellow line parking itself, almost all the time.

Double yellow line parking causing chaos, 15th October
A red Jaguar SUV, and a white sports car F-type Jaguar, seem to be taking in turns to cause havoc due to parking very frequently on double yellow lines, just after the allotments (and on the same side of the road) on Llwyncelyn Terrace. As you are know doubt aware, the region is narrow at the best of times, is literally on a bend, and this parking is making navigating the area very dangerous. Compounding this, is given this double yellow line parking is just after the allotment opening, it creates a further horrific blind spot for those emerging from the allotments onto the carriage way. Many in the area are discussing it and the absurdity of parking in this location.

Large chunks of road broken, 26th September
Large chunks of road broken/potholes on Tawelfan, in the region right at the Rowan Close/Tawelfan boundary. How this hasn't been picked up bvia a routine inspection (given how long the issue has been present) is anyone's guess.

A number of chucks out of the road, causing deep potholes, as a result of previously poorly repaired potholes (multiple times) in the past.. Right on the Station Terrace boundary by the hard ball court.

Discarded traffic cone, 4th June
A traffic cone has been discarded/left on the pedestrian part of the one-way system on Bwl Rd for now over TWO YEARS. It was left when the one-way system was completed and migrates from one silly position to another, depending whichever passing person is bored enough to chuck it again. Please can this be collected- it's currently about half way along the one way section of Bwl Rd, stuffed in the adjacent bushes on the back of the houses.

Dangerous parking - frequent offender, 18th May
Highway Maintenance van parked on zig zags at a junction causing people to drive around the van into oncoming traffic and (in the case of this evening) a pedestrian)! Parked like this a number of times for the Handball Court.

Streetlight working intermittently, 5th January
The streetlight immediately to the right of the dog 'poo bin' on Bwl Rd sometimes works, sometimes don't, sometimes works, sometimes don't. The streetlight is actually positioned on a communications telegraph pole. Right outside of the bungalow called 'charisma'.

Excess water around roundabout, 29th December
A few weeks ago Welsh Water attended to a burst pipe in this region and spent a number of days there. Ever since there's been COPIOUS water in the vicinity. Granted there's been heavy rain of late, but in decade of travelling around this roundabout the water/excess water/pooling/flooding has never been as it is. On a visual observation a drain is blocked (the nearest one to the pedestrian crossing, right outside Webber's Fish 7 Chips shop), but this don't seem to be the reason why so much water is present and not shifting.

Bricks and rubble fly tipped, 27th October
On Bwl Rd, Nelson, right by the farm yard gate (about 1/3 of the way along, after entering from the North 'Holly Bush' entrance), a fly tip dump of bricks and rubble has occurred. It's placed precariously close to the main Bwl Rd carriageway, hence will inevitably find its way on it.

Shameful amount of litter, 4th September
Issue with amount of litter between the 2 cattle grids on Bwlch Carnigelli road. This is just shameful for such a scenic area: littered with metal drink cans and plastic bottles for over 1 mile. Obviously road users don’t give a damn about the area!
